"It's my privilege to help clients as they navigate through life's challenges."

My personal message to you:

It’s my privilege to help clients as they navigate through life’s challenges, many of which I’ve experienced myself including childbirth, marriage, parenting, divorce, and death. I pride both my personal experiences and my more than 13 years providing counselling services, as my best weapons to understanding and connecting with clients in a non-judgmental and inclusive space.

My approach is genuine, flexible, client-centered, strength-based and non-judgmental. My focus is helping individuals face their challenges using counselling model to effectively recapture connection in your relationship, work, and school. I am fluent in English, Yoruba, and Pidgin.

I am trained in a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Solution Focused Brief Therapy; and Strength-Based, Motivational Interviewing skills. I provide efficient and effective support in crisis intervention, and ongoing conflict resolution in a collaboratively manner. I am a true believer that healing comes from sharing. I started my private practice 2 years ago and I provide caregiver counselling and psychotherapy to adults, youths and seniors experiencing a range of challenges.

I work collaboratively with you by prioritizing what is important to you while empowering you with tools and resources to manage daily life, and build a plan that meet your targeted need. I support, strategize and provide feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges.  Where appropriate, I guide my clients in the use of external support.
